  • Educational licenses come in two versions: individual licenses, and licenses for administrators in educational institutions (see the following sections). Educational institutions can also use group lab installation.

Note: Start-up or educational licenses aren't available through the Apple Store. If you installed Fusion 360 through the Apple Store, perform a clean uninstall of Fusion 360. Then reinstall directly from the Autodesk website or the Autodesk education website.

Get an individual license

  1. Select Trial Counter in the top toolbar of Fusion 360.

  2. In the next dialog box, indicate how you intend to use Fusion 360. The Continue button becomes active after you select a primary use case.
